provides the perfect place to
sit around the luxurious water park pool, with
fountains, water slides, water jets, spa and hot tub and sun yourself as you
meet other guests and families. Kids of all ages
will want to stop at the video games room, or play pool or ping-pong in the
clubhouse. There's an on-site private high definition surround sound movie theatre for guests that has regular showings of popular and recent family-friendly movie releases. Outside the clubhouse, you'll find picnic and barbecue stands, a kids' "tot-lot," and a soft and sandy volleyball court. There's even a sundry shop in the clubhouse if you run short of sun block or need a drink, snack, souvenir, or ice cream. A little ways into Windsor Hills you will find a fabulous and unique castle-themed playground for the kids, complete with a "dragon guarding the drawbridge" that they'll want to visit again and again. Windsor Hills is ideally located for fantastic vacations on Disney's doorstep, with some of the best shops and restaurants just a couple of minutes away on the famous highway 192 strip, and Disney less than 2 short miles from this vacation home.
Jewel of the Sun villa has a bright and spacious open-plan family room to relax in together as a family, with occasional and coffee tables, surrounded by over-stuffed sofas and a love-seat, plus an entertainment center with large flat-screen cable TV, VCR/DVD player, plus stereo surround sound system, and PlayStation 2 game console.
Step out from the family room under the cool and shaded lanai and onto the pool deck that surrounds the crystal clear pool and raised spa. Sit and soak in the Florida sun on the cushioned deck loungers, or take a long refreshing dip in our optionally heated pool. Sitting in the bubbling raised spa and listening to the waterfall is a perfect way to relax at the end of each fun-packed day at the parks and attractions.
The pool is provided with a removable safety fence for added protection for young infants should you need it, and all doors leading on to the deck area have been provided with additional safety locks and alarms.
When you want some family fun indoors, Jewel of the Sun also includes a games room....located in the garage. Your family will enjoy the provided 7-foot pool table, air-hockey game and electronic dartboard with scorekeeping function.
Sleeping accommodations at Jewel of the Sun include a master suite with a king-size bed, night-stands with lamps, telephone, clock/radio/alarm, walk-in closet, and dresser with flat-screen cable TV, plus a master bathroom with "his 'n' her" mirrored vanity basins, walk-in shower, roman tub and toilet. A second master bedroom suite affords a queen-size bed, night-stands with lamps, plus a dresser with flat-screen cable TV, closet space, and master bathroom with vanity basin, walk-in shower and toilet. Two further junior master bedrooms feature queen-size beds, night-stands with lamps, dresser with cable TV, ample closet space, and adjacent (shared) family bathroom. For the kids, two rooms both come equipped with 2 twin beds, dresser and closet space, plus a nearby family bathroom.
The family room is both spacious and entertaining. With huge ceilings and High Definition TV on a large flat-screen TV, you will feel right at home. We have all premium channels including HBO and all ESPN's. We also have a Digital Video Recorder to record shows you might miss when you are out and about.
The home also offers Broadband Wireless Interent Access. This is not dial-up or DLS, this is lightning-quick "broadband" access that will allow you to acess the internet throughout the entire home and even the Pool area!
The kitchen has been equipped with almost everything that you could need to rustle up a quick snack, or prepare a family feast...but don't worry about preparing food while on vacation! Some of the best eateries in central Florida can be found just minutes away.
This Windsor Hills vacation home also offers the FREECALL telephone system to guests - so that you can make FREE local, long distance and international telephone calls from this vacation rental near Disney (some restrictions apply - see terms), so no more buying phone cards....it's all inclusive. There is a fully equipped laundry room with washer, dryer, and ironing facilities.
